| The last two school reports and/or a letter from the Principal – If the reports are not in English, they need to be officially translated by a notary or translation office |
| The payment of the application fee |
| A copy of the child’s passport or ID |
| A copy of health insurance or TAJ card |
| A copy of the child’s birth certificate officially translated into English or Hungarian |
| A copy of the parent’s Hungarian address card and residence permit (Regisztrációs Igazolás or Tartózkodási Engedély) if applicable |
| A copy of the child’s Hungarian address card and residence permit (Regisztrációs Igazolás or Tartózkodási Engedély) if applicable |
| A digital, white-background portrait photograph of the child |
| A transfer form (completed by your child’s current school or kindergarten if transferring within Hungary) |
| A copy of vaccination records officially translated into English or Hungarian |
