All areas of school life are inclusive, and we tailor the teaching towards individual learning that provides challenge and support, encouraging everyone to reach their full potential. We aim to design an inclusive learning environment that can be accessed by all students, one where students are not afraid of making mistakes. We view variability and individual differences not as problems that we need to fix but as opportunities for enriching learning for everyone. High-quality teaching is our first step in responding to pupils with individual needs. We also focus on creating a learning environment that supports their interactions and provides opportunities for collaborative learning. Furthermore, we emphasise the importance of giving children agency to choose what’s best for them.
