| the last two school reports and/or a letter from the Principal – If the reports are not in English, they need to be officially translated by a notary or translation office |
| the payment of the application fee |
| a copy of the child’s passport or ID card if applicable |
| a copy of health insurance or TAJ card |
| a copy of the child’s birth certificate |
| a copy of the parent’s address card and residence permit (Regisztrációs Igazolás or Tartózkodási Engedély) if applicable |
| a digital, white-background portrait photograph of the child |
| a transfer form (completed by your child’s current school or kindergarten if transferring within Hungary) |
| a copy of vaccination records |
